Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was ideally located near the city center, within walking distance of Plaza de Mayo and historic cafes. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay. The service was attentive and friendly, although there was a minor issue with water refills. Dining options were good, and the facilities were excellent.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very soundproof, which was great, but they got quite warm and had a small and strange layout. On the bright side, they were of a good size. The service was commendable, as the staff worked hard to turn around the tables, even guiding the team during a troubled period of stay, although they seemed a bit overwhelmed. The location was a major plus, being just around the corner from Plaza de Mayo and within walking distance of the historic cafe Tortoni, making it easy to explore many top sights on foot. The dining options were a bit limited, and the price per person per day was too high without some basic menu items like eggs, fresh orange juice, or bread, but there were some tasty baked chocolate cakes. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
